Anybody else suffered from this diag flagging?
It's becoming more frequent on my car now! (Running REVO, Low Boost 9; Timing 6; 97Ron). Have mentione to REVO previously.

Seems to happens at high speeds (i.e. 80mph+).
Scenario: - Drive at 80mph - steady state, bring boost back in up to say 95mph, back off pedal then suddenly back on, slight boost lag and then boost kicks back in and overboost diag trips! I'm then driving a 1.8 20V NA !

Have tried many different REVO settings, but still seem to get it. I need to log with VAGCOM, but i don't have a registered version at the moment to access the correct Measure block areas.

Any Ideas??

Cheers

It's not a regular occurance, you could have a boost pipe collapsing, faulty N75 possibly. Without logging boost to see what is happening it's difficult to say. Not come accross anyone who's car does the same though.

I agree with Kev, sounds like a faulty N75. When your off then back on, you'll obviously get a boost spike. Something obviously not controlling the spike causing it to trip fault and go into limp.
