Just following on from the main discussion thread. Thought i'd do a poll to gauge a bit more feedback.

Just voted and looked at the results, 100% of people love it. Looks like they are onto a winner. :thumbup:
Then I noticed that I was the first to vote :whistle:
I hope it looks like that whwen I change my Ibiza FR in around 18 months. If there is an FR version I want one (at the moment). Very taken with the style.

I like the interior so far and also that central exhaust, just hope the production models will look as good as this though??
I'm pleasantly suprised at the official pics, bearing in mind the dodgy looking spy shots that came out last year I wasn't too sure. Love the whole look of the car, just not sure if the prototype shown is envisaged to be the Cupra or FR?
I'm going to be changing mine next April, so if there's a nice FR or Cupra (depeding on the price) out by then I could be very tempted. Fingers crossed!

I am not sure, when you compare it directly with the Altea it still looks to MPV like. It does look smart, but is there going to be a Cupra R type? All companies are doing this route, Pug did it with the 307 and no fast model.
Deffo a cupra model for me. when I change mine in 3 years
As long as they up the power fto something like 250bhp and keep the price < 20,000 I think they will have a winner

i like it a lot in fact ive put buyin a car on hold until the actual model is shown off if it looks anythin like that and drives as good as the sport altea which i enjoyed havin a go in then SEAT have definately got a sale

The new un looks pretty popular just far then!

big IF,thats the finished artical i can see it seeling as well as the cupra/R.
but we al know thats not gonna be the case.
i like it,though not my chioce of car now or for the future
I like it, would definitely buy one over an Octavia or Golf depending on the price of course.
with the new toledo being such a monumental monstrosity, the new leon doesn't look too bad at all!
centre exhausts only look ok if it dual pipe... otherwise they just look like a huge @rsehole!
IMO of course :)
I love it, but then again I loved the 'concept' altea and the true car turned out nowhere near as nice...

that car is the biz, looking forward to seeing the entry model, but I think that is one of the nicest cars I've seen this year. Even the basic shape of it is sweet, so do i sell my cupra now and make as much on the current model as possible, drive the wifes 97 corrola for a couple of months and then buy this..... :blink:

I was the same about the front but the more i look at the pics now, the more i really like it.
Try and remember what it looks like later when your not in front of your pooter then have another look at the pics and it doesnt look as bad as what you were thinking! Works for me anyway. :thumbup:

Not sure it looks as hardcore as current LCR model. Maybe it'll look better in the flesh!
I definetely love it...and I bought it.
Still not 100% on the looks BUT if they make it i will really consider it BUT like the original leon cupra R they must not make the same mistake again and MUST make it in the prototype colour. I do like the red of the prototype as i did the ivory colour (cannot remember the name of it now) of the original leon mk1 cupra R that they did not offer. :(
