Ok i have a 225 cupra R. Ive been reading about "bigger turbos" but to me thats more power at top end, i would like to see some more lower end, now from my old skool ford days we always used to run garrates (cant spell i know!) with 360 degree roller ball bearings and ceramic blade sso the lag on the big turbos wouldnt be as bad.
Has anyone done such a thing to the ko4 or is it just a simple case of cost out weighs the gains?

There's a couple of hybrids and a couple of modded K04-023s you can buy.
Jury's out on whether it's a value mod, I think because there's not many running/not much information on them.
There's only one set of figures I've seen, on an ibiza:

Guy on audi-sport is supposed to be getting a hybrid fitted to an S3, but not heard about results as yet.
Keep up Scotty :bleh:
