I take it you have a Ibiza 1.4 S or Chill, you need the VEGA4 Adapter, but just check with some other people first cus ive been drinking again. Try http://www.caraudiosecurity.com They should have it, i got that same one but for £210 with the adapter delivered.
Forgive if im wrong, which is why i say check with someone else.
