Toledo mpg

Hi

i am new to this site & wonder if anyone can help me

I have just brought a used Toledo 20v & have just put on a set of 16'' 7j cupra alloys with 205/55 rubber, replacing the standard 15'', does anyone know if this affects the speedo/mileometer being a different radius?
I ask because the MFA indicates I am averaging 40mpg but when filling up return 35mpg

No change to rolling radius.

MFA = Fuel computer - yeah? :confused:

If so ~ these over-read notoriously.

Mine regularly tells me I've got 53-55 on a tankful when I've actually managed a piffling 50-52 :rolleyes: :)

MFA should be german: Multi- Funktions-Anzeige

Means translated as much as "Multi Functional Display"... so the fuel computer if you want, right ;)
