You are a full member mate..no need to fill in forms or send off money just registering as you have done is all you need.
You have changed the quote over your avatar yourself allready otherwise by default after a few posts it would have changed from new member to full member itself.

Yup - it's just the name of the usergroup that you're in - newbies are <10 posts, Full members are >10 posts
