I'm aware that this has been discussed, at length, but i can't find a thread that answers all my questions.
I'm looking to get an engine remap done on my LC once i've had the Carbonio CAI installed, but i'm unsure which one to go for.
I'm not too concerned with being able to switch between the remap and stock settings as my LC is an '01 and out of warranty, and i also intend on declaring to my insurance so it doesn't need to be 'hidden' software.
I know Jabba is cheaper but by the time i've driven down to Peterborough and back it'll come in at about the same cost as Revo which is 5mins down the road at ADS, so cost isn't really an issue.
Question is, which will give the best results. From what i've seen on the websites the Jabba seems to give better torque/bhp figures, but info on websites can sometimes be misleading.
Can anybody offer me any advice??

OK Firstly numbers aren't eveything.
Secondly you can have a free Revo 5hr trial, try it and see what you think, if you like it go for it because the real thing is better......if not you have an alternative.
Anyreason you ruled out APr??
(Assume AmD was ruled out due to location??)
revo 4bar works for me,rely on yer butt dyno, rather than pub figures

I've had the 5hr trial and thought it was awesome, i just wanted to make sure that, if i was shelling out circa £600, i was getting the best map for my motor.
I counted out APR and ADS as the majority of people on SCN have recommended Jabba or Revo.

Mmm that's the issue, 'Best' means different things to different people.
If you like Revo then go Revo, as Jase says 4-Bar FPR gives it an extra bit of power.
TBH Revo, Jabba and Apr are all great products except there is no trial (on the other two).
Afraid no-one can advise you on this one.

Don't know ADS but Vern and Yermother would recommend APr I'm sure, if you want to PM them any questions go ahead, say I said it was OK (both decent guys) ;)

Sorry, meant AMD, not ADS! Ads are my local Revo dealer in Preston!!! Too many abbreviations nowadays!!!

Speak to people, email them, pm them with questions and read up on here about the products then take your credit card out and make a leap of faith.
Just trust those that have done the same before that Apr, Revo and Jabba are quality products.
Each one has it's pro's and con's but all are excellet products with proven reliability and performance...

I have had all 3 maps, APR/Revo/Jabba on K03, Jabba specific K03s, and ran most of the k03 proggies on my k03s
I found APR to be a little tame for my liking but it was the original cose so has beeen updated many times
The way I saw it was for regular daily motorway driving etc, Revo was Ideal Excellent mid range shove ideal for overtaking and the quick squirts which tbh is when most people use their cars..... Plus the stealth/sps is nice.
Jabba i found had alot better pull 4.5k+ where it seemed to concentrate it from, this is nice but not ideal for everyone as some people dont like to rev their cars. Also if you have a stack of mods jabba is good for this also.
What it comes down to is your preference in driving style and best for you. Either way you wont be dissapointed.
If distance is a problem go revo, u wont regret it, if custom mapping to car with mods is your thing go for that but be prepared to travel, i did 4hrs each way.

I had the same dilemma not so long ago... which ever you go for, you will always wonder what it would be like with the other map... I know I do!!
