As Amethyst have not got a parts guy at the moment it would be unfair to leave you lot in the lurch. So meet Radar, the deputy aftersales manager for Richardsons SEAT.

He has alot to live up to, but assures us he is the man for the job. Same rules as before. Go easy on him :)

PLEASE NOTE: Flapper will still be around, dont worry.

Hi Radar.

I spoke to Graham (LeonLump is it?) at GTI International and he was very helpful... bought some headlight protectors too to look after the lights at track days.

Hopefully he will be letting me know if a 16x7.5" wheel will fit on an Ibiza Cupra.

cheers
Ben

Radar is a bit shy to this new technology, but learning slowly, when he gets going there will be no stopping him. Please be gentle with him to start with!!!!!!!!!

Hi Leon Bump... do you mind if we just call you Mr Bump? ;)

Thanks for all the info at GTI-international. Have you had a chance to try those wheels yet (16x7.5")? :)

Cheers

Ben

We got an Ibiza Cupra In workshop today with 16x7.5 wheels, with 205/45/16 tyres. the vehicle is running on standard ride hight.
I can not see any signs of rubbing.
This vehicle is going to be lowered in the near future so time will tell.

Graham... cheers for the info. I have the PSS9 suspension kit, do you kow if this is likely to cause any problems (ie. I don't know if the spring stick out more or less than the standard ones.).
