there's only so many times in a week we can say 'it's ****ing ****' mate
look in the similar posts down the bottom.
wot did u say? lol
cheers,
but already read thru it, doesnt quite help in fittin it in..
the hint being don't bother fitting it - your brakes will suck, and engine run rough.
wot???!
but i've already brought it ready to be fitted in?!!
would u prefer puttin a power boost valve in instead then??

nope, none of these bolt on valves/brass taps work, the power boost valve will wirk on a mech injection engine but not on a modern engine as te engine knws to hold back if its getting too much fuel etc.
wot??
so wots the point in having these if it dnt wrk?
Well, any suggestion wot can make me little arosa a little faster..... nt payin too much dat is.. plus more bhp..:P

to be honest on a low output engine such as the 1.0, even getting a 5-10 bhp increase would cost quite a lot of money, almost as much as a transplanted 1.4 16v would which would give another 50 bhp or so.
air filter, head work, chip etc all adds up to over 1000 quid, you could buy an engine and have it fitted for around that.
ah right... will c about it...
cheers for d ideas..
was lookin fwd in fittin ecotek valve in.... then power boost..... o well...
