First up, hello everyone (first post).

I am looking at buying a Leon TDI and have been and test driven the following car which the non-Seat dealer is selling as a TDI 110 SE:

2000/X, 16k miles
Grey/silver colour
TDI badge on the back has just the I in red
Remote central locking
6 CD player in the glove box
15 inch alloys
Airbags
Electric sunroof (tilt and slide)
Electric front windows
Manual wing mirrors (not electric)
Belgian import originally

This doesn't quite match the spec as published by Seat on the website - I realise this will apply to 2002 cars not 2000 cars.

Can anyone confirm this is a 110 model, or the 90? It drives well, seems pretty punchy (I am coming from an Impreza turbo) and doesn't have body roll problems.

I assume Seat dealers will service an import too?

Thanks for any advice,

Simon.

Mik's probably answered your questions but I suspect its belgium spec, not UK.
Should have Elec rear windows. Sunroof was optional as was CD player in glove box.

Red "I" means 110.

Thanks guys - looks like I'm probably going to get it, as I need something drastically cheaper for a while as an only car then as a family car when I get my Lotus...

I don't sit in the back, so I'm not fussed about manual rear windows :D

Will probably see you around this BBS then.

Simon.
