Ibiza ICE discussion

Hello All,

Hopefully someone in the know can fill in the blanks here and help me with my Ibiza ICE system.
(1) What are the sizes of the (6?) speakers in the Ibiza Cupra (2000).
(2) I have read horror stories of trim smashing to pieces when you try and change the speakers - any thoughts?
(3) The standard built in A/C / radio / screen - does it have RCA / non-amplified outputs, or will I have to by speaker level to RCA convertors (or an amp that has speaker level inputs)?
(4) What is the standard speaker wire like? Should it really be replaced? Will it make any difference to uprated speakers?
(5) The CD Changer - anyone tried moving it from the boot to the glovebox?
(6) Anyone tried mounting a sub or 2 where the spare wheel lives and carrying a can of tyre weld?
(7) I have seen the pictures by dutchcupradriver on yahoo where the screen is moved to the bottom of the centre console, and a double din head unit can be mounted - anyone in the UK tried this? Did you do it yourself? How much if you got someone to do it for you?

q1: Front 6 inch + tweeters, rear 2x4inch
q2: No problem, but you will have to remove the entire doorpanel (go to the dealers and ask for a few of the plastic mounting things for the panen you probelly distroy 1 or 2 of those. If you need more details mail me.
q3: took a speaker to rca converter and mounted it behind the radio
q4: replaced all the wire from back to front
(amp is in the rear)
q5: can not be done i think......no space in the glovebox without destroying it
q6: No , bug box in thrunk
q7:????? very diff.......

Put the 2 amps in the space between rear wheels and back....
