had the garage look at the camber as suggested but thats about 1.5 they said that is about right so had my arches rolled much better now but if you really chuck it about it still catchs in places on the plastic inners what would be the potential probs of takng them out ??????????????????????? water everywhere ????????? any ideas greatly appreciated

1.5 degrees?!!! For a good compromise of road and track handling you should run about -0.25 degrees camber, or upto -0.5 max, anything more than that and you'll probably tramline like mad.
I still don't understand why your wheels are rubbing anyway, loads of people are running those size wheels and tyres without any problems at all! Perhaps the car is just too low.

Bens right - your camber is nowhere near close for an Ibiza/Cordoba
I think that the camber would be fine if you had a RWD car....
Get it checked out - expect to pay £35+VAT mechanical to 70+VAT for a laser setup
