Schrick cams (for 20VT) does not fit to the newer (2000+) models. It is said that the cam drivechain tensioner has been modified (which should be true), because we wasn't able to put the original Schrick cams into a new 20VT engine. The pulley and its retaining nuts came into contact with the cam bearing caps at the chain tensioner, so the cams had to be turned with a lathe to make them fit into the engine!
The results were nice however, idle was extremely good too, but ask for this issue when ordering Schrick for the 20VT.
