2.0 TFSI will be 17500 as seen in Autocar this week, thats the 185 bhp one, i reckon 20k for the cupra and around 18500 for the FR.

Sod that i'll pick up a bargain 225 LCR when they fall ou of favour

how can the 185bhp be £17500 ? it will be a sport-up spec model

so that`s a 3k price hike on what is now the fr

doesnt sound right to me .

sounds about right to me, if you think the prices will be the same as the current models then you are sorely mistaken, 17500 will be the price initially it may change as the market is sold on the new LEon.

not forgetting that when the Leon Cupra was intially launched back in 2000 it was the same kinda money - then reduced & the spec lowered.

Indeed SEAT are very adept at changing spec and price ranges over time. They won't price the FR or Cupra to directly compete with the Golf GTI unless they are offering a lot more toys as standard, which SEAT often do.

They will hike up the 2.0L TFSi at first, maybe offering it with more toys, leather etc. then when the FR and Cupra's appear, either delete it from the range or it will take a drop in price and equipment.
