The SEAT Altea, that recently has turned their first year in the market, introduces outstanding new features in their range. Among them it excels the longitudinal displacement of the back seats, which allows him to offer a more versatile and functional interior. The mobility of the back seats facilitates to adapt the interior of the vehicle to the necessities of every moment. Together or separately, the later seats can slide up to 14 centimeters towards ahead, which is translated in a considerable increase of the maletero capacity. In particular, the gain is of 101 liters that, added to the 409 that already it offered the model, a fantastic volume of 510 liters gives like final result. The Altea also offers now the motor 2,0 TDI of 140 CV in finished Reference, as much in its version with manual change like automatic DSG. Also, the model adds other new equipment. Of series it incorporates the sensor of pressure of tires and the third pulser in the key of the centralized closing to open the inner door exclusively. Like optional elements it adds the lights bixenon, the reader of MP3 with controls in the steering wheel and the rain sensor, that includes the rear-view automatic antiglare interior and, for the finished Stylance, also adds the sensor of automatic ignition and extinguished of the lights.

Ah theres nothing quite like a "considerable increase of the maletero capacity" I think the sliding rear seats would be quite useful, it certainly was on a Renault Modus hire car I had recently. I wonder if it could be easliy retrofitted

I don't like the way they have upped the price and removed the self dipping rear view mirror. which is now an option of 170quid :(
