Hi there, just about to sell my new Beetle to get a Leon Cupra. I'm sure this has been done a thousand times. But how easy are they to debage?
I did mine (even though I asked the dealer to do it) - so it must be easy. I took a hairdryer to it and peeled 'em off. No problems. Lifts off easily. Didn't leave any crap behind either. 5 mins to do the back and that included me taking it nice and slowly.
Anybody want a cupra badge?
Another way is to "saw" through the sticky backing with dental floss, the residue just peels off.
Us bald old gits don't have poncy hairdryers. :p ;)
Brian, that is one of the uses of a wife. I can't remember the other uses.
