Bluetooth blues

Following problems getting two phones to work on the bluetooth system, I have now purchased a Sony Ericcson phone. Only this time the onboard computer has completely shut down - it only gives me miles/fuel details and nothing else works. Going into dealership next Monday morning.
Great car the Altea, brilliant DSG box and good economy - but the bluetooth certainly makes the air blue in the car!

if you keep the right hand toggle "down" button pressed for 2 seconds do you get the MF menu on screen?

Congrats on the phone ;) Bad luck with the Altea BT issues.. If you do a search you'll find other have had issues too.
