As well as the usual exhaust and induction kit i want to put a cam in a 99 Ibiza 1.4S and then have it chipped. Can anyone reccomend the best cam and chip combo to go for and what sort of power/performance increase will i get?

Piper do cams for the 1.4s think there about £300 + and can realy f**k idle and low down pull!!:(
You would proberley see another 6-10 bhp:(
Chipping the car costs from £200 / £450 + and you should see another 4-8bhp [super chips,AMD Oettinger etc ..] all have chips and remaps. Each offering different curves etc.. Choose wisley
Inturn you could go over to the Dark Side of the force and plump up £2500 and have a supercharger added [should be good for about 100+bhp]:D "but you will proberley put the engine in orbit" lol :p
Do what i'm going to do cruise around in it untill you have some no claims and then buy a Cupra 20vt:D :D :D
