Guys,
i've not long had mu LCR and it'll be coming up for its 40k service soon and I also need to get the rattle when the aircon is running looked at under warranty too.
All Electric in Halesowen is just a couple of miles from where I live but I've heard some pretty mixed reports on the quailty of their service and the techincal knowledge of the service team.
It does however seem that things may have improved recently and from what I can gather they'll offer a 10% discount to SCN members... Just wanted as many opinions on them as possible really.
I work in wolves so that's the other alternative but Barlows seems to get slated!
I assume that while under warranty everything has to stay Seat (although I was sure the rules had changed on that) if not can anyone recommend any specialist but non Seat franchises in the area that'd take good care of my baby?

I's a trek but Hereford and Francis in Leicester get the best ratings....I used Colliers once in an emergency and they were OK (although I have heard bad things about them)
ive heard that all electric are dire , tbh......Driotwich is only a few mile further and ive heard they are VERY good....

What's the courtesy car situation like? Thing is if its further away from home I'd need it done on a saturday morning which may be akward!

I heard All Electric are no good, but dont go to Droitwich, like Steve said make the trip to Hereford if you want to gurantee a good service. Tell them people from SCN sent you, you wont be disapointed.
Hereford always offer a car to.

I've got to say I'm just down the road from All Electric and my experience and that of other people I know has not been positive, both on the Seat and Skoda franchises. Like Dale says try Hereford or Leicester, my next service will be at Hereford or Premier Stoke, who sold me my car and haven't been bad so far, Droitwich managed to scratch my car last time changing a badge so steer clear of them aswell imo.

Bought my car from all electric. Not been for service yet, probbaly won't after reading this :-o
Any particular faults with thier service?
I'm used to the Nissan dealer in Stourbridge with my previous car, they were top quality :clap:
