Hi All,

Took my Leon to Great Covert on friday to get the door seals done, (again) spoke to the service manager who was more helpful than previous experiences.

Went back to pick up my car on Friday night, (with my ol man who likes to speak his mind - [and believe me he did]-) to pick up my Leon and managed to get hold of the manager, Kevin Fisher.

Had a nice long chat about the difficulties we have had and a few other details concerning customer relations with the service dept, and brought up the subject of this website.

Great Covert view this site regularly and even had the latest print off of the other thread with peoples complaints on it. (one being by myself)

During our conversation Kevin told us that he is aiming to sort out the situations that have been complained about. Turning around customer relations with the service dept and he welcomes any complaints as he told us that he will take note of them and do what he can to rectify the situations.

As for my car doors, well after the weekend of heavy rain there seems to be no leaking!

So in face of my recent complaints, i am hereby praising GC, and the manager Kevin Fisher who is quite an approachable guy, so if you have any beef with them he is the guy to talk to.

Regards

Good to hear of another dealership shaping up with a bit of a nudge from the site involved.

That's a VERY god point...bearing in mind Kevin's keen interest in the site now, I'm sure many other dealers will also be keen to contribute. It's good though that airing these issues, or congratulations, continues on the site. A balanced, yet frank and honest complaint is good for these delers. I've nothing against healthy competiion, and the fact these views gets aired encourages these dealers to GIVE DECENT SERVICE - which is the only think any of us are interested in anyway...

So long as they do that, then none of us will complain...will we?!
