I HAVE JUST PURCHEST A PIPER X KIT FOR MY NEW IBIZA CUPRA. DOSE ANYONE KNOW IF IT DEFENATLY INCREASES THE BHP OR DOSE IT DECREASE THE BHP, AS I HAVE HEARD? IT SOUNDS COOL, NO WAPP THOUGH JUST A WOOSH. PiperX kit...some tuners don't like it...a couple fo people have put it on...and say its fine so far!!
I know for a fact some people's MAF sensor has had to be replaced due to a non-std filter being used.
Its a bit 50:50 at the mo....you can take a chance....but i've personally been told to go NOWHERE NEAR AN AFTER MARKET FILTER KIT.
Why would you want to mess about with the actuator when you are running std.....i'm not sure whaty it'll do...but i wouldn't advise it...the ECU has the actuator running at a particular way so that it doens't let too much air into the cylinders and not enough fuel...so running lean or rich might be a result.
Just telling ya what i know....down to everybodies own wishes what they they want to do to their car!!!! ME...i just like to help people!
