Where can I get cheap K04 Turbo Kits ?

I am totaly new in the Seat scene. I want to buy an Seat Leon 1,8t/4

The problem is, that the car is pretty heavy, so I want to tune up the engine.

So has anybody got Links, where I can get cheap K04 Turbos + Chips or Kits for this engine ?
