hi again bill , thinkin of puttin cupra brakes on my mk4 ibiza and am workin out a price just wondered if u do an upgraded pad for the AP caliper, nottin like a carbonmettallic, (i like my wheels) am usin a ferrodo ds2000 at the min n i like those , so if u have something similar or better thatll do , judgement call,
also do u still have those calipers u had lyin around

The Ferrodo DS2500 are supposed to be really good aren't they? Not wishing to take trade away from Bill, but have you checked the Galfer GB thread that Quattroman setup as well?

nope but i will do, its just a notion at the minute , but i wish i hadnt already done the brakes like the sound of 4 pots

I know what you mean. I keep finding myself looking at bits and thinking "Hmm!", then realising I can't really justify getting them. Now I wonder if I can get the Seat Sport APs behind my wheels without spacers...

AP caliper (seat sport version) is available in DS2500 pattern.
£86.91+vat & carriage

I know what you mean. I keep finding myself looking at bits and thinking "Hmm!", then realising I can't really justify getting them. Now I wonder if I can get the Seat Sport APs behind my wheels without spacers...
its just a mad thought i had on saturday, my milltek is comin next week, my FMIC the week after that , n soon a remap, got dumped on friday , n hey if anythings gonna make me smile its AP racing red ones

how much 4 the pair , do i need new new bolts or do the existing ones do with threadloc compound , do u have flexi lines , do they screw in too any ibiza copper lines

i have lines but need the ends to suit the AP's as they're not like Brembos.
the other side of the line goes to the solid bit as normal.
£200 each plus carriage, come with std pads ~£70 to buy seperately

im waiting on a guy emailing me with the distance between the disc face and rear of the cupra alloy spoke at its nearest point to make sure my wheels will clear them , if alls well il ring 2moro, im sure i canget the lines from SEAT

sorri bill looks like ur still owning them APs, i only have 48mm at the widest point between alloy and disc face , even bob the builder coundnt fix that , sorri
