303 Aerospace Cleaner, diluted down to 1:50 - 1:100, rub gently for as long as necessary, using a soft brush to help. Then wipe down with a damp towel and allow to dry. If that doesn't work try the 303 Fabric Cleaner, which is a stronger product. :)
