Decent service from Emmer Green

Like most peole I tend to shout more about bad service so I thought I would give credit when I am happy with the service.

I took the car into them with a couple if little intermittent problems that I wanted sorted before the warranty ran out. I got a loan car (I bought my V5 from them so would expect that), they were helpful and ordered replacement units, just to be sure, even though they could not replicate the problems.

I know they do not like imports, but having bought from them I have so far found the after sales service polite and helpful.

Mind you I am sure some people will disagree with this!

Yeah, me for one!!

Bought my Cupra from them in January, No problems at all with the sales staff, but the service afterwards was awful. Took them three attempts to replace the clutch switch when it went and would only accept that that was the problem after I quoted everything from on here!!

Also got told by somebody there (not gonna mention any names) that at my age (23) I shouldn't be driving a Cupra!

Needless to say I go to a different garage now!
