No it's not carbon fibre, it's a thick, soft plastic sticker with black/grey check pattern. I can't recall the brand, but it is avaiable here (in hungary) as a present from seat dealers for certain models.

I think this strip is made by MS-Design!

This Decor Set is listed on the internet for the Seat Leon, maybe there is another one for the Ibiza (or he put that one from the Leon to the Ibiza).
