'Tis the thime of year when small businesses (in particular) start to suffer from their staff going on holiday. I know you've been waiting a while...

Been a good day for GS&F today - i've just ordered the tick end of £100 worth of stuff off them to keep me occupied next week when i'm on leave...

Speaking of engine mounts - part of my order was for a BugPack bush set for my mk1 - both bushes for both front wishbones, pair of rear beam mount bushes, set of engine/gearbox mount bushes and even a steering rack mount, all in finest polyurethane. I can't get over how ridiculously cheap they were! £59.50 + VAT for the full bush kit! Powerflex want that kinda cash to do just the front wishbones! Should keep me out of trouble for a couple of days... :)

got my parts today, went outside to fit em
#1 the dizzy cap is too short
#2 the 4+3 leads are too short

so i ring up g,s&f and the guy that sold em to me says"i wish we'd stop selling seat stuff it's always wrong".and i was inclinded to agree so it's all packed up and ready to go back.
episode 2
ring AUTOTECHNIC with my tail between my legs asking if they can help me,they appologies for messing my order up and ask me to measure up the leads and add a bit to them to fit mine, they are gonna make some tonight and take them to the show at malvern so i can pick them up,or if i don't make it post them 1st thing monday, and the dizzy is the right one i'm assured,so i'm still with out me parts (got the plugs).
VW/AUDI LEADS DO NOT FIT THE 16V IBIZA/CORDOBA BECAUSE OF THE ROUTE THEY TAKE TO THE DIZZY
