Irish import toledo TDi 110SE

Hi guys

Found a Toledo TDi SE on a w plate locally with 61k on the clock for £4200. Went to look and was told it was an irish import.

What do I need to look for and what effect will an import have on insurance, reselling etc?

It doesn't have cruise, can it be retro fitted?

All the readings for trip is in metric, can it be changed to imperial on vag-com?

if the W plate is the Mk2 (i think it is) then cruise control can be retro fitted yeah.

as for the irish import i don't know what affect that'll have on the insurance,sorry.

I'd say that was a fair price for a TDi, my car's been valued at not much more and it is a 2002 model with 30K.
