Installed some ICE for the 1st time in my Beeza & having a few probs...

Nastly clicking noise on all sources - is this RF interference from HT leads? Increase in volume/tempo with engine revs.
I`ve fitted double screened Taylor HT Leads - no effect.
Don`t know how to cure this.
I`ve heard of a choke - would this help?

Also, I`ve got 100W RMS from current amp avilable for a sub.
I`m looking for a stealth install for an 8" or 10" like a stealthbox but they don`t do a MK2 fitment.
Looking for quality rather than quantity, the Lanzar mids upfront are pretty good at mid/low bass but I`m really missing that low sub sound.

Brian27 recommened trying to get hold of the former Ice Guru but my Emails to the PeterStewardson address on the sticky keep being rejected. I`ve had no reply to his profile address either.

Any ideas, guys?

You can normally get hold of pete on ice@***************.co.uk. May want to hang fire for a while though as were moving ISP. Im trying to get Stealthbox people to let me try a mk3 box in mine as i gather its not that different in the boot to the mk2. They were really keen on the idea then went quiet qnd i heard nothing! so dont know what going on there?

Thanks, mate. Will try him on the enthusiasts site when I`ve got the time.

Anyone else got any ideas?

My mail address should be working now. The enthusiasts one is still down temporarilly whilst the server move is completed.

www.vw******************* takes you to the site and forum for the time being though if you want to talk more.

You don't say what amps etc you are running and what car exactly. Please post on the enthusiasts site with more info and I'll get back to you. I don't check this site very often.
