Xenon headlights...here we go again!!!

What make is the best when it comes to xenon bulbs, i was out and got a set of philips vision plus, just wondering if they are any good as i havent put them in yet!!
Also, whats the most powerful bulb you can put into the 99 cordoba standard twin headlights, cause someone said they'd melt if you put 100w into them??????

I was thinking about getting the vision plus bulbs too, for when my motor arrives..

saw them on Powerbulbs (http://www.powerbulbs.com)

what the difference like between the viosion plus and the stock bulbs, cordobabrendy ??

about 13 quid, cause i have the standard philips ones in at moment and they are no better than standard that ive noticed but was assured that these vision plus ones were in his words "the daddies!!"
ordinary philips ones were 7 quid for 2 and the Vp ones are £19.95 over here!!!better be good cause flappers selling them for bout 13!!
