View Full Version : 215/45 - 17" won't fit
Hello there.
Had some problems to fit 215/45 - 17" on my Cordoba Cupra.
Tried to fit Ace Monaco http://www.acealloywheel.com/monaco.htm
The offset was 43 and got the tire to stick out too much.
What sizes do you have on your cupra's??

Yes... i got 195/45 - 16" standard on my Cupra.
But i'll rather have 17" for the look.
Even, my friend said that if i switch to 215/40 - 17" instead of 215/45 the size will decrease with ~ 1cm.
Correct?

I've got 225 35 Pirelli p7000s on 7 x 17 inch rims will fit better than 205 40's on the same rims.
7.5 x 17's with 225 35s anyone?
Don't know what the offset is.
On a Cordie SX (2.0 16v) with PI springs - 40mm drop (seems like 60mm with the tyres).
225 35s on a 7x17 rim???
Those tyres sound a bit too wide for the rim!!??
Don't they bulge out the sides?
