oh shit mate!! ive got a spoiler sittling in two pieces in a mates garage waiting to be built and fitted too!!
are they a bit thick??? as far as I remember it uses the original mounting holes????? template???!! even if it doesn't surely they have fitted a rear spoiler before? get a mate to help you line it up, dab a spot of tipex (or similar) on the screw threads and hold against bootlid - et voila! holes marked out. Rust protect any new holes drilled and siloflex up any old ones, but as I said it should mate to the existing spoiler holes.
Don't forget to put a bolt through the boot lid support where it it hinges, or else when you swing the boot open it will go through the rear windscreen.
err but that new ones got like ten bleeding holes oh and wot do you mean about the bolt ???????????????????????????????????????????????

hmmm interesting...
:D the same principle applies, just you have to place all the mounting bolts in the spoiler and dab some kind of marker on all the bolt heads, line it up, dab it down, and away you go (you may need 2 mates for the size of it!)
Alternatively you can measure it using the original mounting holes as measuring points, but it never seems to work out quite right when I do it that way...
If you want to give RPM a call before you start they might have a more mathematical way of doing it, but the above worked on my similar one.(or post in the Richardsons section?)
As for the bolt, its a little trick they showed me.
Open the boot, on the right hand side you will see 2 struts that hold it up, as you raise and lower it you will notice they move closer together and then farther apart as they pivot. On the strut that moves up and towards the car (the back one I think) about 4 inches from the top there is a hole, which should overlap the second strut when the boot is fully open (it will become clear when you look at it, I promise!) stick a bolt through this hole. You will now notice the boot lid no longer reaches its full travel, yet stays open.
fair enough mate did send email to said people earlier hopefully they can help thanks for the tip on the bolt etc quinch
