Firstly I wasn't to impressed with my service it cost £190 and all they did was change my oil! The car still pulls to the left the handbrake wasn't tightened and the key fob battery still needs changing. 30K miles and no maintenance what so ever has yet been carried out on my brakes??? Is this right? Anyways.

Drove to work this morning, all fine. Drove home and to Sainsbury’s by this time I've done about 70 miles. Got back to car after shopping and the bonnet was open!!! WTF!! Opens the bonnet slowly incase something where to jump out at me and the first thing I notice is the lazy *******s didn't put the engine cover back on and the oil cap has popped off. The top of my engine is covered in oil! I checked the level and it read slightly above normal. Must have really popped under pressure to lift the bonnet. What caused this?

Just been quoted £69 at my local SEAT dealers for a 30k service.

ther are two types of service a 12 month/annual service which is usualy around the £140-160 mark and then a 10000 lubrication service usualy around £60-100, all depends which service they did

You should have your brake fluid done every 2 years, regardless of mileage iirc. If its a 2003 - it definitely should have been done by now!
