I feel I must mention Trenton's of Hull again, Having dealt with them twice now in the last 12/13 months, and having dealt with there service department on a couple of occasions, I could not recommend them enough, the service they provide is 1st class, polite and courteous, and they are prepared to "put themselves out" for the customer.
I ordered my 2003 Cupra the end of April, with a build date of week 23, confirmation that the car was on it way and arrived at Seats import facility in Grimsby the weekend of the 22nd June. I was due to go on holiday the following Saturday,29the June, and wanted the car if possible. Both Gary, the sales manager and Mark who I believe to be the branch general manager could not have offered any more help than they did, They received confirmation on Thursday that my car was allocated to them, and rather than wait for a transporters, they arranged for there own transport to go an collect it for me Thursday afternoon, rang me to tell me that it was at the dealership and had it PDI'd and cleaned by Saturday at 10am, what a service!
