if fitting the LC FMIC to an LC with an LCR front bumper, you need to trim plastic from the bumper to get it to fit. Is this due to the top pipe?

any ideas on a way of fitting an FMIC in this situation without cutting stuff up?

Due to the bottom pipe -- but it's easy to do & doesn't mean the bumper is loose (still 'well' on)

you need the LC one - because the LCR's inlet is on the other side.

so what is so differant about the LCR FMIC drivers side bottom pipe that means it doesn't need cutting?

i was kinda wondering if an LC/LCR hybrid FMIC was possible that wouldn't require any bumper cutting.

tall paul ive fitted a forge fmic to mine, the cutting is invisable and wont weaken your bumper.
this is the bit that needs modding as it impedes the bottom pipe.

is that all that needs cutting? i read somewhere that somebody had had to cut out plastic so that it wasn't possible to mount a drivers side fog lamp anymore?

nope, mines still there fine LC bumper though i have to point out.
ignore the fact my mesh is off, it has to so that i could get the tow eye for the rolling road, its normally on.the pipework is flexible to a certain extent.

cheers m0rk, that's what i thought - was really angling at a way of fitting one without chopping stuff up. Guess i could put my pre-facelift bumper back on!
