Can anyone recommend a good cam - bored with mine and want a new setup
i can't recomend 1 for the 16v, you need 2 mate

what sort of power delivery do you want? do have you have a gas flowed head, and are you planning on remapping to get these cams to work properly?

the remap is already on but dont mind that being re done - I want insane 0-60 low down torque !!

hmmm. If you want a load to torque then you are gunna have to sell up and buy something else. A pair of cams alone will bring you very liitle gain if you don't splash the £££££ and get the head flowed as well. Try doing a search - this topic has been covered before.
how about looking at diff ratios instead then ? :)
