Question for owners of ibiza mk3 with at least 300hp. I was wondering what fuel pump do you use? Mine stopped working few days ago and don't know which one should i buy. I was using tyrolsport and am not satisfied with it.

Thank you

Depends what your set up is, for instance i run 470cc injectors at 3 bar, if your running a 4 bar reg then use a std ibiza and a secondary pump as i had a tyrol drop in pump and it caused no end of trouble running limp and sagging when the tank was getting low. it took a couple of tanks before the penny dropped for me

i have a walbro 255 secondary inline pump you could go for a bosch inline pump or try ATP's drop walbro it looks the dangelies.

Madmile, have you tested the flow rate diffrence between std cupra pump and an s3 pump? I am running 440cc at 4bar and don't know if an s3 pump will be enough to take care of the job.
I seriously don't want to buy a tyrolsport pump again, cause as Addo said it starts running limp when the tank gets low. Am considering s3 pump but don't want to run lean and cause harm to my motor. So is s3 pump powerfull enough to support the fuel flow of my needs?
Thanks for your input guys.

Madmile is running the std stage 3 Jabba kit i belive which uses 440cc injectors at 3 or 3.5 bar i think. the s3 unit can flow more than the std beezer pump but you need to use the std ibiza carcuss and install s3 pump like the tyrol install. As running lean is an expensive game when valves get hot & decide to drop

The safest way to garentee correct fueling is to go back to std £130.00 plus and additional inline jobbie like my. £145.00.

£280.00 spent and millions of miles undertaken without any hasle or worry like with the tyrol. [B)]

my S3 pump, on 470cc injectors @ 4bar worked fine for many 1000's of mile.
new setup has twin pumps now and 520cc injectors @ 3bar

Lots of places supply injectors, and with regards with fuel pump, who said the UK?? ;)
