Forge 007 hose diameters

The hose that goes onto the top of my 007 has started to split and need replacing, does anyone know the diamteter of hose i should get to replace it?

it looks to be about 7mm or 8mm does anyone know for sure what is the best fit and where to get a new bit of hose from.

just to double check, this is the small hose that goes onto the "lid" of the DV and its for a mk3 ibiza cupra.
