Hi - I have had my LCR since new March 2003. Have had it serviced at Marshalls, by someone else I know and trust and now a more local seat dealer.
Rather disappointed with the level of service I received at Marshalls, particularly as this was where I bought the car. Not least they had me drive the car over (1
.5 hours drive) for them to assess warranty work that i'd already discussed on teh phone and was given the impression would be fixed while I waited. Needless to say i got an airhead on reception who was about as much use as a Chocolate fire guard, and some more travelling later got it sorted, but still not convinced of a proffessional job.
What levels of service have you all had and can you recommend any way that have beaten your expectations?
