I bought my Leon Cupra in March and have had very good service from my dealer throughout. The car was delivered with no problems, and none have developed since (5000 miles). Only moan is that SEAT couldn't get me the detachable towbar which was ordered with the car.
I managed however to persuade SEAT UK customer service to give me some free roof bars as a consolation while I am waiting for the towbar - these are £130 to buy, so I thought this was a generous offer. I am still waiting for the towbar though!!
All in all I am pleased with the service I have received so far.
