Hi Rob,
Sorry about the late reply on this mate.
Just spoke to Jim, Would kind of be a case of time taken but shouldnt be anymore than 2 hours most for the two fitted (£45+VAT an hour), could take less hopefully too :)

We're still waiting on the snub mount mate :( i think they have been on back order. I have spoken to Bob in parts and he is speaking to APR direct this afternoon when they open.
When I called and ordered the Neuspeed part, I was told the snub mount was in stock with yourselves....??? you have the Neuspeed part now then ?
Bump - any chance of a reply ? not very prompt these days

Sorry Rob, been trying to figure out whats happened with your order. For some reason the APR snub mount that we had in stock went walkabout. I have no idea why, and have been trying to sort the problem. I spoke to Ade and Bob and we have had some others on order for a while but APR had them on a back order as far as i know. They are due to arrive with us early next week though in a big order coming from the States. I'm really sorry about the wait on this Rob :(

Hi Rob,
Your parts are now in stock. I think i previously quoted 1 1/2 hours for the both. We recenelty did one with a standard snub mount replacement and it took 2 hours alone as the front had to come off. So it could be nearer to 3 hours in total. Next week seems fairly free in the work shop to get you in. I'll try and give you a call today and sort out getting you booked in.
Cheers
Andy
Hi
Thanks for letting me know - Thurs or Fri next week are possibilities, how's that for you guys ?
Your original quote was for 1.5hrs - this is what I will be expecting to be paying not double what you quoted ! (and I am a good customer as you know ;)
Cheers

How does next thursday (30/3/06) at 1.30pm sound Rob?
Top job today Awesome, cheers.
This has got to the the top mod of the day - £22 for Neuspeed torque damper (APR one is same just a bit more expensive, Neuspeed one fitted my car better), 30mins to fit and no more driveline vibration on hard acceleration - slight more vibration into car on tickover but marginal - much better when on the gas !
Ace job and top sausage butties round the corner
Cheers
Rob
good stuff mate
you should have popped in for a brew, not seen you this year i dont think!
