Hi,
Just seen the post asking about tuning the 1.8 and thought I'd ask the same about the 1.6 Cordoba...basically any tuning bits I can add? My exhaust back box is ropey and wondered what exhaust people recommend - in fact are there any for the 8v Cordoba?
Any advice welcomed. d:-)

they custom make whole or part systems there and then for you and their prices are pretty good considering, i was quoted 325 for a cat back system for my 2.0 16v cordy, id say the 8v may be a little cheaper. You can get your system made as loud/quiet thick or thin as you want, you tell them how you want it and they build it in stainless steel and guarantee it for ages. oh and you can tell them what sort of tail pipe design you want too, ie single 2"3"4"5" 6x4" twin 3" twin4" etc considering the price and materials and only 1 1/2 - 2 hours work its pretty good value. Im gettin mine done soon!
Hmmn, I'm begining to think the only way to get a nice shiny exhaust IS get one custom made! Does anyone know if the Scorpion back box for the Polo Classic 1.6 would fit - it shares the same 1F engine and chasis I believe? ...a long shot!

why not just use a cordoba back box??:confused:
