Multi-changer part no. querie

Hi all, I am trying to sort out the CD changer for my 05 TDi FR and am having a bit of confusion!

There are 2 different part numbers listed, whats the difference?

1J6035111
1J6057111

which is for mine?

Also, there is no cable behind the glovebox, does someone have the part no. and if possible the price?
