20k servicing

hi guys

im needing my 20k service done on my ibiza cupra r, and im wanting to buy all the nessesary parts for the garage to use as i want to buy proper fluids etc.

my question is what will i need? i know oil but what type is recommended, where do u get the oil filters from, and what type of spark plugs should i get. can u please state what else i should buy.
