OK, so they're a bit out of the way but are closer than Cheltenham for me... :) I took my 8v Cupra to them for a 30k service, they fitted me in at pretty short notice on a Saturday morning, and were very apologetic about not having a courtesy car available. Hell, a 30k service takes about an hour, so just had a coffee, looked at new models, read their magazines...
They were also very apologetic that they didn't have a replacement pair of headlamp units and asked whether I wanted to come back and have them changed (under warranty) in a weeks time or have them ordered to be delivered to a different dealership - well, I think i've made my feelings about Bryan Bros. of Bristol perfectly clear... :( doesn't even come close... so I made the 30 mile round trip back to Holders the following weekend, the work was carried out promptly and I was back on the road in under an hour.
I've been thoroughly happy with them to date, although i'll be booking it in a bit earlier next time - when she needs her 40k service I think i'll be after a courtesy car as it's a big one...
