DENSION ICELINK: Random Works??

Hi everyone!!

My first post!! Hope it'll be somehow interesting...

I have a Leon TDI 150cv equipped with an AURA CD headunit. I don't have 6disc charger installed. I want to buy an ipod video 30GB and an icelink plus from Dension. My question is:

If you are playing, for example, playlist number 2 in the ipod and you press the random mode on the headunit (key number 4 I think), WILL THE IPOD PLAY THE SONGS ON PLAYLIST 2 RANDOMLY ??

Don't think it will, didn't do it in my MKIV golf when I had one. Dension is a really badly built bit of kit for the price as well.
Surely you could do phatnoise and save some cash?
