OK, Focus Seat have had a bit of negative comment on here in the past but I think that was about certain of their sales staff. However they're recently sorted out warranty issues on my Leon without fuss or hassle. My Leon is an import and Focus are aware that this is the case. So, a thumbs up from me for Focus - well done!

Have to agree there - In the last few months I've had great service from Focus on my 2nd-hand Leon (bought from them last year).
Friendly, efficient, helping out where they didn't need to, and having spoken to a couple of guys in the service department, not adverse to working on Imports. They recommend, and will carry out, a post-delivery check for imports, for a small fee of course. (No, I don't work for them!)
Overall, a much better experience than I had actually buying the car in the first place!!
I cant vouch for the mechanics recently, but my brother used to be their car valet for all their cars (for sale) and he said the mechanics used to rag the nuts off of them!, he has seen cupras wheelspinning for 30 metres+ on the sideroads around there with blue overall'ed mechanics driving them!
Not sure if this still goes on though
