Scarily friendly....you just don't get that kind of service anymore....

Agreed, I have emailed every SEAT Dealer this link. Hopefully they will start to pull thier weight.

Just thought I'd like to add a few comments in here.
I live approximately 105 miles from Amethyst, having been there twice now, I can highly recommend them. Both times I've been there I've received nothing but THE BEST of customer care and service.
Finally I've found a dealer I can trust,
congratulations guys, keep up the good work :)
Cheers
Martyn

Have to disagree with you there mate - you do get that kind of service from other SEAT dealers. Cheshunt Motor Co, my dealer, are superb. Friendly, helpful and efficient.
Just this Thursday my Leon went in for its first service with them. I told them that the front passenger door was leaking at the bottom - not a problem; not only did they re-seal the entire door (not just cutting away a bit of the seal as I read somebody else's dealer did!), but they also renewed the seal on the other 3 doors as well for good measure. I didn't ask them to, they just straight away offered to do the lot.
Cheshunt Motor Co are seriously good.

I travelled up to Amethyst a last weekend for a mini meet, and they were very accommodating. Although I and a couple of others were only really using their place as a meeting point, we still got doughnuts and drinks. How good is that?
They're not alone though. My local dealer is Richardsons of Wellington, and they are equally friendly. Paul (head of RPM) will always come and have a chat if he sees me there, and doesn't tire of answering streams of questions from myself.
I suppose i ought to put something in the dealer comments topic.
