Help please guys!
I have a 99 mk2 ibiza and the radios stopped tuning in and holding frequency, so i took it down to a local car audio specialist and had a word. They seem to think its the ariel itself thats gone, apparently they get full of rubbish and die after a while.
Anyway quoted a new ariel for £70 is this reasonable? have any of you heard of this happening before? I dont want to spend £70 on a new one tbh, but if its a problem and its had its day then it'll be sorted.
Any input guys?
