Guys need help deciding which brand of uprated suspension to go for?
Koni with Eibach..most expensive
H&R...non adjustable not much cheaper
Gmax...budget?
Apex...not sure
does anyone have experience of these, i know Gza has Koni so what are they like mate, im only going for 30mm drop in ride height with a set of 16s to try and keep some comfort, the Konis work out at about £650 fitted and i think they are worth it..unless anyone else knows better?

Give Micheldever tyres a ring.
I've going for an adjsutable Koni kit(RS? height and damper) setup because i've a silly sod with an F2 Bumper - if you are looking for a specific ride drop you can;t beat it - adjustable platforms are a bit more expensive but i have a feeling may be worth it selling to the next nutter.

My 1.7SDI shocks are completely shagged after 62000 miles,and I want to fit a decent but fairly standard set of gas shocks front and rear. Does anyone know which ones are best to go for and where I can buy them for the best price??

I went for the Koni/eibach kit in the end, full details will be on the seat cupra website soon. Matt, as i had to keep it for financial reasons i decided to sort the area of the car whihc needed doing, couldnt live with the standard set up!
